Time Out and Self-Exclusion

Time-out period

PartyCasino customers can take a break from gaming at any time. These breaks can be selected for 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 2 months, or 3 months. Once the time-out period expires, the account will reopen automatically.

Self-exclusion at PartyCasino

Self-exclusion at PartyCasino involves a joint commitment from the customer and us. We will take reasonable steps to prevent the customer from re-opening their account or opening new accounts. However, during the period of self- exclusion; the customer must not attempt to re-open their account nor try to open new accounts.

Self-exclusion periods can have a minimum durations of 6 months up to 5 years. Once the minimum period expires, the account will remain closed unless the customer requests reactivation.

Please note that once self-exclusion is activated, the customer will be logged out of their account automatically, and they will not be able to log in for the duration of their exclusion.

During a time-out or self-exclusion period, customers will not be able to deposit funds or play, and they will be excluded from targeted commercial communication.
